I’ve started working out, on a semi-regular basis. Last week it was Tuesday and Thursday. My goal is every other day.
One of my friends said aiming to work out every other day isn’t a good enough. I have to make achievable “work out” goals as well.
After much deliberation here they are:
Goal: Run for 30 continuous minutes on the treadmill
Status: Have done 25mins running with 5-7mins warm up/cool down. Pretty solid!

Goal: Do 20 “Real” push ups
Status: Can do 10 ‘girlie’ ones.

Goal: Some version of ab’s.
Status: None

Goal: Smooth, lovely, defined legs
Status: …..

Goal: Get hamstring feeling “normal” again after 2+ years of constant pain.
Status: Physical Therapist says I’m good to go. Hamstring begs to differ.

Goal: Work out every, other, day. No if’s, and’s, but’s or hangovers.
Status: Will find out tomorrow :)

Ultimate Goal: Triathlon in November.

Not too crazy right?!
